This is my portrait of Botsanna, a beautiful young orphan African fruit bat, whose name means something like "A Girl of the Night Moon".
She is incredibly beautiful, and very fond of bananas, it seems!
Due to her grace and playful character, albeit a little shy at times, I decided to portray her as a little Princess, surrounded by flowers, a juicy banana and the Moon that seems to be watching over her. She is nursing her little pink binky, and her big eyes shine as two little stars!
