The Lily of the Valley is the symbol of Purity. Here, Bella is a Fairy with no wings, mostly due to the lack of space really! Also, it would be too many things depicted at once, I think... Surrounded by ancient stained glass, she wears a floaty and transparent aqua dress and holds boughs of lilies of the valley (muguet du bonheur). She tries to capture a little bird that seems to fascinate her, and that specifically symbolises a"return of happiness", another meaning of the flower. On her head she bears a gold crown and some delicate filigree leaves and pearls. She dances with joy.
