"Once upon a time, a young prince went riding out in the moonlight."
Sometime in the 80's I saw a beautiful illustration by John Bauer, dated circa 1914 in a book at a library. I made a sketch of the drawing and, once at home, coloured it with colour pencils and Stabilo brush pens. Maybe something else that I cannot any longer remember. Mixed media it was for sure. I have retouched it using Photoshop and added a frame and a dark Moon. I also tried to get rid of some yellow spots due to the age. Paper used was Fabriano, as usual.
