Binky is a young African straw-colored fruit bat (Eidolon helvum), whose favourite food is melon. From a shy, problematic baby, he blossomed into an energeticc and sociable youngster.
I have portrayed him sucking on a piece of cantaloupe and surrounded by vintage flowers and fruits, just the way he likes it. Also, Binky is "naked" here, not only to show bats in a more realistic/natural shape, but also because he is too pretty to need garments in any form! A true natural boy!
