Blooming 2

See Blooming. Another fabulous flower found in Phoenix Park. Collage made in November 2013. The first picture is the original one and the subsequent ones, the studies that would generate the final pattern that can be repeated as desired. Used the mirror method once again to distort the shape a bit. I like this method for it gives the composition a kaleidoscopic effect, where the primary subject seems to expand and "shape-shift" somehow.
