In 1983 I have visited Brittany, staying near Carnac, which much impressed me. Me and some friends went to a boat tour in the Gulf of Morbihan, where we visited Er Lannic and Gavr'inis, ancient megalithic sites. Arriving home the same day, I made these two drawings of what I have just seen. I could not keep with my original idea of making these little journals because time was short and there were many wonders to see.
I have used mostly Schmincke Horadam water colours and some black markers. The text is in Portuguese and describes the views and monuments.
