Bella Jasmine is a flower that represents many things depending on the culture where inserted. Love, Grace and Modesty are the attributes I decided to portray here. Jasmines are very fragrant and one of the finest, if not the finest, ingredients in high perfumery. Here I have depicted Bella as a Fairy surrounded by the delicate blossoms, with an Indian garland of jasmine buds on her neck and playing with crystal orbs. Her dress is made of several intricate jasmine flowers, and the background displays a bush of pink Jasmine, which is called as such due to the colour of its stems (the flower is milky white). The whole picture is framed with Art-Nouveau ceramic tiles, and I mostly used shades that can be considered "jasminy": creams, whites, pale yellows and pinks, and fresh greens.
