"Magic Matcha Cake 2" is my result for Emmanuel Pepin's weekly unit about Food. Al ayered sponge cake mixing matcha, chocolate and strawberry, with ganache, meringue, crunchy biscuits and lots of icing! Also, some milk chocolate truffles here and there, stuffed with delicious matcha paste. My imagination, that is. Death by matcha and chocolate!
